And we're off...

Today's the day. In just a little over four hours, we'll meet our boys for the first time. My stomach is in knots and I couldn't be move excited.

Love to all; updates as soon as possible.

Cast of Characters

Kevin (a.k.a. Papa, a.k.a. Me): Overwhelmed father, happy husband, chronic procrastinator. Special abilities: Superior ability to remember esoteric trivia directly proportional to the uselessness of the data; capable of starting over one thousand projects all at once. Weaknesses: Unable to finish more than one project a year; incapable of remembering important things like which day they pick up trash.

Amanda (a.k.a. Mom, a.k.a. Official Pants Wearer): Devoted mother and partner. Special abilities: Superhuman mathematical skills; able to multitask in six dimensions; tolerant of Kevin’s numerous quirks. Weaknesses: Strays, furry and human alike; sugar candy.

Timothy (a.k.a. Baby A): The eldest…by two minutes. Special abilities: Dancing whether or not music is present; melting hearts with super cute smile (especially after doing something bad); super twin power-up generates shriek capable of liquefying eardrums. Weaknesses: Being told no, unable to resist biting when tired.

Raiden (a.k.a. Baby B): The clown. Special abilities: Infectious laughter; enhanced climbing skills; super twin power-up harnesses power of quantum mechanics to exist in multiple places simultaneously. Weaknesses: Having anything (dirt, food, sand, etc.) on his hands once finished playing with the thing; his brother touching him.
